To be fair he does have long legs (￣∇￣") but wooyoung's face looks like he's in kindergarten (≧∀≦)
i think artists tend to draw kids like that so they can look cuter u can take a look at Gakuen Babysitters, the kids' heads are big and their legs and arms are short too , but theyre cuteeeee
