Its a Japanese manga, I don't really remember the detail but it's about a manager and an employee i think (?) But i still remember one of the scene which the seme want to sleep together but the uke doesn't want to and then the seme sulking (?) So the uke said let's sleep together and the seme said no so the uke ended up crying silently at his futon but then seme hug the uke from behind (not too sure about this part) and they ended up sleeping together againn ╥﹏╥
