Well.. He could have been 9 years old when wooyoung was born. I mean the 9 year old wooyoung looked 5 yrs. old when the hyung was carrying him in his grad pic.

I thought wooyoung's hyung was not that much older than him? In one of the flashback chapters when they are at the hospital during wooyoung's birth, it shows his hyung and he looks no older than 5.
