Yeah I was wondering that too. if Ikumi is the bottom, wouldn't he feel nothing and it just hurt Chihaya or would that be like an exception or would it be like you said and they both feel the pain. Of course it could always be the situation of the cute seme and delinquent-esqu uke ;)
