Yes, it’s better to look at it from other perspective cuz not everyone has the same mindset as you… At first I saw a comment about how the uke is having “fun” on the side before actually reading the manhwa so I got angry and frustrated at him, it’s just me not knowing the whole story and got angry for no reason at all, that’s a different story but still related
I was being so hard on the uke until I stumbled upon this comment (the entire conversation) specifically the one explaining how he uses sex as a coping mechanism. I was viewing the uke as a selfish person until I started viewing him as someone suffering from a psychological/traumatic experience. I’ve never experienced one or know how they feel, but I understood it almost as a drug addict or alcoholic uses those substances to escape their reality. The uke lost his father & the seme has played an important part in his life, he probably thought that if he lost him too he couldn’t go on. & for people who don’t experience this we might still think they’re exaggerating or should just talking about it, but there’s been parents who you would think they’re children are enough for them to keep on going but even then it’s not enough & some commit suicide. Maybe I’m thinking too deep about it, but it changed my perspective a bit on the uke. Who I was so mad & kept seeing him as a selfish person
