Uhh yeah he was drugged but that has nothing to do with his genitals. He was drugged by that step brother when he killed their grandfather and then was acting as if cinian had killed the grandfather..and that's why to prove cinian guilty he drugged him so that he wud be jailed for the crime. Around chapter 7, u can see that he is a man but with a "womb", no he does not have a vagina but he was born a womb. And qucheng also confirms during the arc where he questions the DNA of wowo, that cinian did not have a vagina, had a penis and no other extra hole.
So tldr; cinian is mpreg. Kinda like how an Omega male works but since it's not an omegaverse he does not have the pheromones, heat etc characteristics
i love this series but its just... dragging on sooo much drama on top of drama. ngl i love seeing ci nian's enemies in pain but i also want to just get this over with (╥_╥) ive been following this series dince day 1 and im literally forgetting what happened and am getting confused alr like 'oh yeah.. this bitch was reincarnated but... how again?' or like 'this is not an omegaverse right? how did he get pregnsnt again? a womb since birth?' i even forget some characters sighh i dont want to drop this too coz i love it so much (╥_╥)
