It just struck me that the author might have a particular mindset about sexuality.
Noticed how Yohan and Levi, representing malice are open towards sexuality/having sex, while Hayan and Euntae, representing the good/rightful in this story, are holding back and pushing back even kissing as this is shown as something so special that it has to be preserved until the very moment?
I am not a big fan if that turns out to be her intention, sexuality doesn't mean it's something wrong/bad.
Just my two cents here, I might have just read too much into this but it does seem that way at least for me

No, they don’t kiss or confess because euntae will die.

We don't know yet, I guess even if Euntae dies, they will share one kiss (just wished it happened way before that already)

I said it wrong. Euntae won’t die in my opinion, hayan will find some way to safe him and there will be a happy ending. But he thinks he will die and he doesn’t want to share a kiss with hayan, because he wouldn’t want to hurt her more. This is why he also doesn’t confess his feelings to her.
She doesn’t want to kiss him or confess to him, because she (in my opinion) want to safe him first. She doesn’t want to think she has to rush things because he could die any moment. She wants to think they have every time of the world.
I hope you understand what I mean. But yeah I also would’ve liked that they kissed already or that they’re tiny spicy scenes like from yohan and levi.

I get you, totally understandable. I probably watched too many series/dramas where it was shown and I also felt that too, that in the end everything that hasn't been said and shown was more regretful for both parties as they'd never have the chance to do so in the future.
    I'm getting sentimental here ╥﹏╥
