I mean Sooyung looks like he's fighting for his life every time they have sex. And he constantly begs Taesung to stop. They are definitely not on the same level but he's not a good guy either. He's scary and uses intimidation to get what he wants, he is having sex with someone who is in a position of authority over him (not in a “hot” way).

Certain scenes may not count as rape but there is definitely a form of sexual abuse and assault present.

Sooyung is not afraid to beat up anyone he doesn't like. He's not afraid even if his opponent is bigger than him. He bitchslapped his ex who was way bigger than him. Heck he even brawled with Taesung when they first met. Even with all of that we don't see Sooyung try to hit Taesung when they have sex. He doesn't even try to slap him. He likes it but he's in denial about it. He's a closeted mild masochist. Even he himself would say that why am I enjoying this or why does it feel good.

Taesung is not a good guy, he's literally a gangster boss. But for a supposed ruthless gangster boss, he's quite "gentle" to Sooyung, relatively speaking.

Also, Taesung threatened Sooyung right to his face and Sooyung kinda didn't give a shit about it.

I remember when taesung threatened to break his functional leg and Sooyung visibly looked scared and terrified of that thought, so I wouldn't say he didn't give a shit, intimidation definitely does play a role in the relationship. Understand where you're coming from but in your initial comment you made taesung sound like he was all great, main reason why I commented.

I re-read the chapter real quick to refresh my memory he didn't exactly look terrified, he dozed off while the threat was being expressed to him so he didn’t pay attention (was still staring at his wound), he looked very dead inside though in that panel. But it’s still a good example on how authority and intimidation does still play a role in keeping sooyung around.

If you're referring to Chapter 26, none of them dozed off. Taesung pinned Sooyung against the wall. He got Sooyung's full attention and Sooyung heard everything, about breaking the leg or the arm. After that, he didn't really look terrified nor did he even dwell much about the threat.
