Hmm, I feel like it has smth to do with his backstory and how baseball is meaningless without Youngjoon. But that’s just assumption, though. I really wish they added some abandonment issues angst in his backstory or just angst about baseball, that way him fretting over Youngjoon wouldn’t be that strange still love him though, one of the best male leads ever ngl (ALSOO VERY LATE REPLY SORRY)
