If I remember right he was the blonde hero who mistook the mc for a witch (I think?) it was when the dragon's body was sleeping while his soul was searching for her father. (▰˘◡˘▰)
Due to a promise/vow he made, (because the mc due to her upbringing takes vows/promises VERY seriously) caused him to wear a flower in his hair all the time thus his title as the "hero" become destroyed within a short time making him revert to a common person.(≧∀≦) ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Yeah he was the guy who everyone assumed was a hero because of his looks so then he became a popular "fake" hero despite not doing anything lol the rest unfolds as maniac said.
