He could have done it if he reported the body right away but because he threw it and ran away it immediately becomes murder ┗( T﹏T )┛
I don't know. Because a lot of times murder due to self defence still gets a sentence and is still considered somewhat a crime. Cuz well a person died. But it's somewhat hypocritical. Sometimes self-defence murders are let off, sometimes they are given huge sentences.
Also, I think in Japan self-defence murder is not different from regular murder in the eyes of Japanese law so it doesn’t matter anyways ╮(￣▽￣)╭
