For the first question, exactly! That's what i mean. For my limit of creation, it's simply, there is no limit to it ! Its most likely a simple power, but it got no limit which make us, no ordinary human.

The power may seems like a simple power but it got no limit! But, there is an exception. We can't draw something that couldn't be draw. Such as feelings. Like, it's not a thing so it's basically couldn't be draw. The power have no limitations instead, it is your imagination who have. Since this power was able to obtain because of someone's previous life, it is more likely that person have a talent in it. But don't worry, since it's a reincarnation, the talent will automatically will be obtained. (im sorry this part kinda confuse) Since this power has no limitations, we can draw anything such human, demon, a paradise.We could also create another world just with this simple power. It also not needing any pencil or stuff. As long as do have the drawing in our mind, it will automatically turn into something real. we could also kill someone easily just by imagining the death. But this power also have a dark side to it. The more drawing we draw, it is more likely the greedier humans are. So, for that, if people rurns into greedy, it doesn't seems like that person is a genius. A genius would be able to know the limitations to this power. Only those who are a genius, will not become a greedy. The more greedier a person could be, the more the power turning into dark. Since it is their own imaginations, the power will also turn into greedy. The power will most likely to take the charge. So, the person who will obtained this power or should i say the greedy people? they will most likey become insane and become crazy. The greedy the power is, the more death will happen. It could make the person's family's death also. So that will what driven the greedy person to insane. The insane that person is, the more worse their imaginations is. So the point is, to thise who will obtain this power, they need to learn about it and they need to be the one whi takes control. Not just that, they also couldn't overthinking anything. Since they will automatically become an artist who have a high imaginations, whenever they overthinking anything, the thing will automatically become real. So that's it! Also I think my power, being able to control time without limit would also make a human crazy and want to die (somewhat like the protagonist in attack on Titan). So yeah, to keep your sanity you must maintain your humanity (though humans are inherently greedy so just gotta be a humble human with immense power—quite the challenge). maybe I could absorb time from some and transfer it to others to save lives.
