Yall can say whatever but the author did Perrat dirttyyyy dirty dirty. This whole thing ended without anyone acknowledging his feelings for vasser. Even his efforts. Like the chapter of the horse race thing. Perrat knew he couldn't keep up with vasser but he chased after her anyway, took an arrow for her. Worked hard to heal her even if it caused him tremendous pain. Carried her back whilst bleeding and in pain. But my mans woke up alone with Noone by his side. Goes looking for vasser sees her busy making out with the prince. Like I felt so much pain for this mans. The second lead syndrome was too much. He deserves his own happiness
