No, some of them do. The group currently scanlating Dangerous Convenient Store/Hoshik's Story etc upload directly here.
Those r manhwas groups , person was asking about manga groups who don't like their stuff being uploaded here but it's still here cuz manga scanlation group Don't want to take risk .
