Beheading is too quick. They should put him in one of those hanging cages and people can make bets on how long it will take him to die.

Uke is a guards (police) commandant and doesn't know about protective custody? Maetel is worried he'll rocket off somewhere or otherwise endanger himself. The 2 of them really really *really* need to communicate. Even have an intelligent 2-way adult conversation.
Ps-- I really like both charas, just gets frustrating sometimes.
PPs -- I hope they show Wayton getting beheaded in the public square. The bastard deserves worse, but his rank will likely prevent it.
