Imo, I think Wooyoung's not gonna pregnant for the sec child as he is a recessive omega.
His case are quite the same as Hyesung's from Love Is An Illusion. (Cause Hyesung was a recessive omega too) I suggest you go read Love Is An Illusion for a better explanation as of why Wooyoung's couldn't get pregnant for their sec child.
