You have sharp eyes! The one with the heart is a poster for victims of sexual abuse, with words that say "dont handle your troubles alone". The other poster is a Fraud Prevention poster.

The posters in chapter 5 page 11 are suicide prevention posters aren't they? My Japanese is rusty and the text is tiny but I think they are. If I'm correct the one with a heart hugging itself says "You're not alone".
