Technically not a new character. Its his brother lol.
I consider him a new character because we don't know much about him. Besides being in a few chapters back.
His brother could be the key to clear things up with Woojin as he is Woojin's friend.
Yeah that's true.
But i do agree there are so many characters here.
I love the art but the storyline is making me want to drop this manga. Like can we clear things out first before we are introduced to a new character.
