I’ve read a few manga about alphas that becomes omegas. They had that transformation because they had sex with alphas for a long time and alpha heat / pheromones / sperm (seme) + alpha heat / pheromones (uke) made a magic et voilà: uke alpha’s body changed into a uke omega body.
All onegaverse are different, in those manga it was possible, in this one, i don’t know (and sadly don’t remember their names)

Yea thats why im wondering, what will happen if they both got a rut. Also their pheromones wont affect each other. Can an alpha mark another alpha? I guess we will see in future chapters ahhahah. I have so many questions that needs to be answered(๑•ㅂ•)و✧

I've read one that alphas became pairs (story: marry me alpha) but rut needs just sex, as alphas can have sex with betas during rut ut just takes longer to calm down, also alphas get affected by dominant alpha's pheromones and they feel suffocating. This is according to every alpha x alpha I've read, some details change by author to author cause there's not a rule of how those things work so every author can add their detail
