Ok I received some messages from people asking me if this manga is indeed shounen ai, if Ichinose will become a girl or not and things like that. So, I decided to comment here, giving a general reply to everyone. Of course this reply will contain a little of SPOILER. . . . . . Ok, the tag shounen ai is indeed partly correct. The reason is explained in the 14th and final chapter which raws are practically impossible to be found on internet. Nor in chinese, in thailandese or Japanese. The only way to read the last chapter is buying it. Most likely I am one of the fews who bought it and who knows how the manga really ends so I'll write this so that everyone will stop making assumptions based on things they don't know: in the manga Ichinose doesn't become a girl nor he expressly chooses to do it. The last chapter has an open ending (probably because this way the reader could choose the ending they likes the most) but the author gives some hints in the last two chapters (13th and 14th) about the ending they probably like the most. Precisely the last two chapters are really important for Aizawa to fully understand his feelings and accept everything of Ichinose.
That said, of course the manga is commonly tagged as shoujo/ gender bender since the author is a shoujo mangaka. Aizawa prefers girls and he's clearly straight. So the author's intent is portraying how a character like Aizawa, a womanizer, playboy and jerk, comes to like Ichinose. He's firstly attracted by his female side (obviously since he's fully straight) but in the end he realizes the gender doesn't really matter when you really like someone.
