How could he leave a young girl back home, after telling her they'll meet again, that he'd wait for her, without telling her to look for him and THEN be upset that she did not go looking for you???? You never told her to leave? Nor did he tell her to look for him??? Nor did he tell her ANYTHING about the outside world!!! She was WAITING for you to go back home!!! And you just gave up like that, even when knowing that time flows differently between the two realms!! What did you expect????? An UNDERAGED little girl finding you??????? What.
