help me with this manga please

Hi everyone. Can you please help me find a manga. Plot> So it's about a guy that's in a wheelchair I think he got disabled in an accident... () so he has a caretaker that is in love with him but he has a wife. so the wife asks or orders the caretaker to murder her husband so she can be together with the caretaker. The caretaker rapes the man (wheelchair guy/husb) and in the end tells him he murdered his wife... or something... so can you please help me with this manga
