I can answer but it is based on my own opinion.
1. Keyaru (mc) is not exactly annoying but he is heavily warped by the abuse and the environment he was forced so he’s the worst kind of crazy there is. While it can be partly justifiable, Keyaru always takes it over the top when punishing his abusers or meddling people in general. He also finds whatever reason to get revenge which pretty much drives the plot. Besides that he’s your typical harem mc who just have a lot of screws loose, like all of them
2. I’ll say is evenly split between gore, sexy scenes, and plot but sometimes you’ll find scenes where they overlap each other and is not for everybody. Overall, the fight scenes are good and the girls are badasses when they aren’t trying to jump on his dickyaru

2. you'd be surprised how much plot and action is actually in this. i'd honestly say 80% is story and action and 20% is ecchi.
