But yea its probably he was the only one who was kind and made and effort, waiting for her patiently, listen to her, treat her well and not rush her . He was the only one who was kidn when she suffered for year of being ignored by her relatives and got married of to a guy who had superiority complex, who treats her even worst than a dog. Men who were only lusting for her beauty, etc. Plus I personally think there's like mini time skips, like it had happened after a week, or after a few months (when she was learning, reading, taking classes and then slowly open up to most of the people in the mansion). She loosen her guard right after she arrived cuz she can feel the guy being kind and patient and trrat her like human, but slowly building up her trust (I also believe she is still unsure if her choice is right or wrong, cuz he was a stranger too and stuff, "can I trust you" or smth like that when they were discussing how most nobles are manupulative and ya-da ya-da)

still she was abused for years, trust after something traumatic is not easy (she could hate all men’s after what happen in her marriage) but instead she accepted him (in second chapter), I’m not saying that it’s bad! I wish her happy ending but story where in second chapter we get begin to love story is kinda weird
