um so as far as i understood the white haired dude liked the uke (they met as kids and the uke thought the white haired guy was a girl so that time the white dude somehow became obsessed with uke) later the uke also starts to like the white dude but since homosexuality is like a crime in those ages he gets scared decided to put some distance and then the marriage topic comes up and his (uke) famaily decided to let him get married to princess ,they get married white dude has some sort if spirit power but his grandma(?) tells him to never acknowldge the spirits cuz once he does he'll no longer be human he ignores it and gets into uke's dreams and act lovey dovey like they were dating the uke was kinda happy cuz irl he cannot be together with his love (he doesnt know that white dude is using power) and then at some point he(uke) starts dreaming that once he is alone with princess (yknow at night in bed) she turns into snake and devours him it happens reapetedly then at some point he stabs her which in turn makes him stab irl which leads to death or princess he wakes up from that dream sees dead princess screams guards come (white dude is already in room) then white dude grabs uke and run and he walks on water and they disappear (cuz of spirit power) then time skip they were shown loving somewhere looks like the uke is slowly loosing himself (the latest chap)....

Plus in the cover, ml seems like a king but in present body/appearance, and mc with white hair. So am hella confused, how all of them are related to each other?(￣∇￣")
hm they dont really have any connection other than the fact that these were the present seme's and uke's ancestors ..the white dude is not the king he is somehow related to the king the king knows that the white dude has ghost powers but i think he'll be killed or smtg
Couple of clarifications. The background is to explain why present day couple have to marry and sleep with each other because apparently it was more than separated lovers curse which haunts them.
White haired guy tricked uke into sleeping with him because uke thought it was just a dream but it was reality just in diff dimension. I consider it kind of poisonous relationship trigger.
White haired guy knew that princess descended from snake demons so he thought princess is a snake demon too (prejudice because he is jealous of uke?) So he killed princess mother (or princess or her cousin/aunt/relative????). That dead relative possessed uke which gave him nightmares and then had him kill the princess (who may have been totally innocent/human). The reason was to get uke accused of murder and persecuted thus hurting white-haired guy.
