It is free and you can access the website by just typing novel updates. Yes the name is the same, just search it at the search bar. The website translate Asian novels so there are also other bl novels you can read if you’re interested. The silent lover novel is currently at 73 chapter. There is supposed to be around 247 chapters so it’s still updating (updated quite recently)
