But when sukuna was calculating the perimeter for his domain, the reaction of the people getting involved in that domain where subtly highlighted in chap 119-120 I guess.. There's a panel showing the micro phone guy. So when you read chap 137 you get to know that he actually got involved in that domain - that cleave technique...and was affected.
