Yeah tsugumi is just a dumbass (in a cute way). Since tsugumi refuses to use medication, he might as well become a pair with megumi now to avoid trouble.
Plus, Megumi still respects his will of overcoming his heat with willpower and trusts his resolve of wanting to protect himself, not because it is the best choice or the brightest, but because it is was Tsugumi chooses for himself. I believe that Megumi's respect and consideration are amazing in their relationship.
they are still minors they need to think about it properly they might regret it. I think it's best to get consent from their parents first so that they can support them and it looks like megumi's father is going to approve of it anyway
