.... nah... they have really interesting interactions and emotions going on.. but she definitely is an authore for audience that can see this things going on in everyday life, otherwise it can appear as you say no connection, no love ;)
For some reason my comment registered as reply^. And it kept trying to do that! Anyhow, these two couples were not good. Didn't sense a connection in first couple. Second couple was in love with hurting each other. Just not very good.
