It probably works with Bluetooth. You can't just suddenly change the music that's playing in someone else's headset, now can you?
You need a code to validate the connection, at least mine do and you can use it if someone is in another country too.
I've never heard of one with such a big range! It's amazing (⌒▽⌒)

If there is an app that can control the settings of the vibrations...does that mean there is a way to connect to someone else's (like perhaps...your neighbor) and randomly mess with them.
