In all honesty, the story isn’t bad! I actually like this twist and how it played out! For me, it doesn’t leave that ‘WTH OR WTF’ impact, and it wasn’t reallly a bad ending, maybe more on the open ended side of things! NOW, I’m sure there are people that disagree with this, and I totally get that! Like,
WTH is with the sudden action at the end? There was no need for that?! It was so roundabout with the ending? They could have just gone with something else and ended it there lol
(Sorry for this long type lol it’s just this twist made me feel complete for once LOL
Like it wasn’t the type to kinda leave me empty or dazed, it was more of a sealed feeling of ‘oh, I’ve finished, that’s cool,” and I’m totally fine with that xD)
So- Um- Yeah LOL
From my understanding there are now 2 Loids and 2 Yeri(s). The OG pair, where loid smacked her (Yeri’s) head with a pot and took her cord was actually a fake doop they made. Since there was no actual confirmation behind it, I believe they did the same method as to when they took all charges away from Hanjoo. (where they took a AI and replaced ‘Loid’)
THIS IS ONLY HOW I THINK THEY PLOTTED IT OUT:
After Loid had run away, it is not that he had killed Yeri but a fake AI of her, as it may have been possible to copy her data onto another AI and such they created that whole scene. Then as Loid ran away he made ANOTHER version of himself to fake his death, with a copy of his own memories in the AI, which was left to die in the snow on a mountain, which is how the roboticist was able to use that AI and create a better version of him, which we saw carrying the two chips, as well as at the end panel of the chp.
While this all played out, poor hubby thought his OG wife was dead, and decided to get himself an AI of his wife, so now there are a total of 2 Yeri’s and 2 Loid’s
