Like a lot of others I was getting tired of the Tendou stuff only because it was dragging out too much. That being said, our world is full of Tendou’s. I think the author did a great job on the psychological complexities of trauma and emotions that children/adults like this go through. In a way, this incident needed to happen to Tendou in order to save her. That window of time……when she could be saved and have a new beginning, was almost up. She’d worn her lifelines out. Her friends were so close to giving up and letting her be.
While facing death she finally knew how much she wanted to live, how important her friends are and that’s it’s okay to rely on others. When this current incident is over, I look forward to seeing her smile and build a truly happy life that she deserves.
