Honestly I agree. Like I understand that can happen but like Ren has suffered enough and I just want him to be happy. I mean I want Haru to be happy too but... if he gets amnesia then what are the chances he'll remember or fall in love with ren again? Plus Enomoto kinda alreadys cares for Ren...
