Ok rereading this just to see some part of his flashback in the past. In a classroom. someone told him to blindfold his eyes with a neck tie (guessing this is his friend) and force someone else to kiss him while the person (this friend) who told him to blindfold talk to him in his ears "was it good" to make him think it that person (his friend) but it actually a different person (checking based on the different skin face). Iam guessing theres someone else in that classroom who is also watching this as some sort of prank maybe.
