It seems like Duke came home after 2 years of their marriage, and that’s the first time they slept together. After some period of time war broke out and he went to the battlefield. So I guess that after the war, our FL became pregnant, that’s like 9 years after their marriage I guess
Is there something off with the timeline or I missed something? she said that she went 10 years back in time but slept with the duke as soon as he came back which was two years so what's going on
