They just don't want their translations (that supposed to be handed out for free and not be exploited for profit) to be posted on this site which is an aggregator sites which profit because of ads and stolen works.

Literally go to the home page and scroll all the way down and ask if anyone’s ever gotten redirected to articles when they are signed out and everyone will say yeah. Just accept it, mangago makes a profit.
