When he's alone he looks like an actual young man in some panels, but when he's with one these guys, he suddenly looks like a child, yeah.

The difference in size is so ridiculous it looks like a fuck*ng shota. Maybe the purpose was to make an animalistic version of humans, but yeah the result is super weird.
