Everytime that someone describes a water-y dish compares it to chicken, even the tuna, someone once said "well tuna is like the chicken of the sea" so

I mean ig but i definitely recommend trying any seafood or fish if you have the chance

I don't know. Tuna definitely does not taste like chicken in my opinion. And everyone always says that alligator tastes like chicken and it doesn't. I think that people just can't describe the flavor so they liken it to something else and the closest thing is often chicken.
Ok off topic but have any of you guys have turtle meat like cooked turtle it tasted good like chicken but with a rubbery texture.
