i read the novel from the start even after reading the webtoon and i really grew to like dokja so much reading his long ass monologues, what a nerd. i left a comment about it here before but if you're really willing to read in novel format i'd say read it. i think there's something that'll never properly get shown in the webtoon and it's the way it's written mostly in a 1st person pov, but occasionally switches to 3rd person and there are certain scenes where it's Extremely tangible and you just marvel at it like. How it's used really well and you can tell why they switched out of dokja's pov even when he's in the scene. the webtoon is always just from an outside view so it'll never really feel the same but i definitely love reading the webtoon to see my favorite scenes eventually.
i hope you enjoy it if you do read!!!
also to the novel readers
is is good? the book's kinda long so i've been putting it away for a long time. now i'm really invested so maybe i'll check the book out too if it's good enough
