i feel like mc is getting a little too much hate which is a bit understandable and frustrating but she obviously relies heavily on that girl who was her friend, and even feeling so guilty to the point of following whatever her friend told her to do, shes obviously being manipulated. of course shes crying most of the time, her close friend just died, another close friend of hers went missing and her parents are keeping secrets. dont act like its weird and pathetic for her to keep crying when this is all happening to her so suddenly after witnessing a murder too lol
