Why is the title ‘dream-like lie’?

I'm guessing it's because of the seme. He lies to the uke by not telling him he has powers. The uke feels like he found the perfect man, an understanding person, feels like a dream. But the seme is only understanding because he knows about the ukes powers and also has powers of his own but lies to the uke about it
