I actually watched it as an anime but i dont know it it does have manga. but it was about a girl who is color-blind (i mean like her vision is black and white). she traveled in the past while riding a bus and pay the driver with a pocky. the eventually she met her grandmother there and her friends, then she fell in love with one of her grandmother's friend. she got her visuals back (she can already see colors) but she needs to get back to the future. after that she saw in the future the book that the boy wrote for her in the past.
