It took one day for mine. Oh btw 'Name' is where you would put your account user instead of your real name lmao i did the mistake of putting my real name and was wondering why they said error for the longest time
yup, (either ID, passport, driving license) make sure you blurred everything else except your name, age and gender. Customer service will reply on weekdays. usually take about 1-2 days :)
i have an issue here. As you told me I have put my account user name in the 'name' field...after i pressed enter it said 'Unnamed: Invalid'...same happened when i put my real name in.
