First off. We are not there yet. Second, I don’t think they ever got married, so a divorce can’t happen. I think they do get engaged, but after Sir Paul finds about the doctor dude trying to kill her (I think) and that he has a kid, she ends it. I got this from another person who explained it better, a few chapters a ago
The marquess hasn’t married yet. She was just going out with the one doctor dude.
