No, he's the omega. This question was asked A LOT when the korean version came out. The insta accounts that does summaries and short translations were quite clear that the long haired gold haired one was the omega. If it doesn't seem clear on this chapter it must have been on the korean version. Also it was confirmed on the authors tweet with the family picture. This was heavily talked about when the korean chapter came out. Also, The omega comment was very clear to me that he meant the long haired guy because it didn't seem like he said much to Doyun and the other one was more welcoming and friendly.

Do you know the authors Twitter by any chance??

I don't know it off hand and I always have to search for it in my list of the hundreds of people I'm following, but the twitter is listed at the bottom of each chapter after the to be continued text and the photo of taehan and doyun.
