This trope of weak father that tries to pimp his daughter is VERY common trope/theme within Japanese comics. I think this get people asking some questions.
Isn't it in the sense how if they don't have the inn they'll have no income so he tried to sacrifice his daughter in exchange for the whole family? (that's what I think but ¯_(ツ)_/¯)
He has a grown ass son that actually lives with them unlike the FL why should the daughter throw her life away and be the one to shoulder the burden for something that was not her fault and for the sake of business she has zero involvement in?
