I think it’s because he got to live life a little before they decided to sacrifice him. The other girls were reared from birth to be the sacrifice. He has more to fall back on, than they do.
he could have always sucked the life energy out of them , but more plausible would be because he was a male and / or was able to keep sane which kept him in good shape
The girls probably spent a longer time there than him. He will probably become like that as well.

i feel like theres something off about the dude. Not in a sinister way but its just, how did all the girls turn into that (wtvr that is) yet he seems to have retained his own self from before..? İdek (or remember) the details of the sacrifices (purpose, use, benefits wtvr etc) so ig i could give it to the fact that it is a matter of gender…? should i reread??
