There isn't really a villain in this story so who are you talking about ? Countess Falcon ? The doctor ? The queen brother (none of them are villain though)

At this point idk when are the going to confess, I mean I don't mind, I reread this since I usually the type of person who would wait more chapter, then reread the whole story, so the way I was like' just fcking confess already' is funny. But I love how the story goes, can't wait for the villain to arrive tho, since that will be the time when it gets spicy
