You can’t hide it. But you can hide mangas as you add them to lists, be sure to select “ only visible for myself” option at the time of adding. If you’ve already added them and want to hide from profile, select manga, then select “edit”, and choose the“ only visible for myself” option from there and hit “submit”.
No wait… you mean the whole reading lists? You can do that from settings under your profile picture.
Select “settings” then switch to “activity settings” and change “ Want/Reading/Read/ a manga” to “no people can see” and hit save.
