I totally get what you’re saying cause I was the same. I watched so much Sherlock shows that I immediately disregarded it when it first aired but then it was recommended to me by people who I trust their taste and binged the two seasons recently. It’s a fresh taste and it keeps engaged and wanting to se who will outsmart who: William or Shelrock. I was not disappointed

I’m not sure if it ends in the same place though and I think there are some minor changes in terms of characters and events. I glanced over the last chapter available and it’s probably about where season 1 ended, so I recommend watching the anime, hope that helps

Anyone have any recom of a MC who is very very smart. Like I don't think I have read anything that has amazed me as much as light and L from death note, and I just want that feeling again of amazement.
